Amero Associates uses a "Contained Search" fee structure. A Contained Search is very similar to a Retained Search, yet does not require the client's full financial obligation. On average, the process takes forty-five (45) days from initiation to completion and requires a nominal upfront search initiation fee with the remainder due upon successful completion of the search. The purpose of the search initiation fee is to align and dedicate our resources to target the client's specific requirements and deliver ideal candidates.
