Stories and storytelling go back to the dawn of humanity; it is perhaps the best way we understand the world around us, and it's also arguably the most compelling commonality in the development of great relationships. Telling career success stories provides a more vivid picture of a candidate's match to a current job opening and to understand how the job seeker has previously handled responsibilities, solved problems, and managed situations.
We like to get acquainted with potential clients and candidates over a cup of coffee in person or by phone. We believe that behind every friendly cup of coffee is a great story. It is always worth the time to talk to another person on our journey, a timeless activity storied in the poem by Robert Frost, "A Time to Talk." Instead of a friendly chat at our neighbor's fence in old New England, we choose to have our conversations at our favorite local coffee shop.
We look forward to the opportunity of meeting you and discussing potential opportunities.
A Time to Talk
When a friend calls to me from the road
And slows his horse to a meaning walk,
I don't stand still and look around
On all the hills I haven't hoed,
And shout from where I am, 'What is it?'
No, not as there is a time to talk.
I thrust my hoe in the mellow ground,
Blade-end up and five feet tall,
And plod: I go up to the stone wall
For a friendly visit.
